The actor Ben Affleck is certain romantic relationship with Jennifer Lopez badly influenced his career. From 2002 to 2004 the couple was constantly hunt by paparazzi and reporters who wanted to publish something fresh about Affleck-Lopez couple.
Ben says that because of such a popularity in gutter press film companies have started treating him not so serious as before.
In an interview to an American magazine for men Ben told that everything the gutter press was writing about reflected on what kind roles he was proposed. That was the time when they published a lot of stupid and dirty things about the couple to increase their sales. As a result Ben Affleck is not so popular actor as he would like to be.
Nowadays Affleck is happily married to Jennifer Garner. He began dating her immediately after he split from Jennifer Lopez in July 2004.
5 April, 2005 – the day Gennifer Garner celebrated her birthday - he made her a proposal. In the end of 2005 she gave birth to a daughter.
As for Jennifer Lopez, she dated for two years. They even wanted to marry but later decided to split. Moreover they affirmed that their wedding was broken off because of constant reporters' attention. In 2005 Lopez married the singer Marc Anthony.
